Shipping and Returns Policy

SHIPPING & HANDLING 

Teodora’s Shop services Canada and USA.  

Items purchased from our online shop can be delivered via Canada Post (nation-wide, 1-7 business days) or a major third-party shipping service. We strive to ship your purchase within two business days and will contact you with the tracking information (if eligible) once the package is handed over to Canada Post or third-party shipper. Whenever possible, local orders will be hand delivered by a local courier service or a member of our team.
 
CANADA 
Free Shipping: Orders over $50CAD (pre-tax)* 
Flat-Rate $15CAD: Orders under $50CAD (pre-tax) 
Express: Please contact us if you would like to request express shipping and we will provide a quote 
 
USA 
US Flat-Rate $20CAD: All orders shipped to USA.

US customers are responsible for any duty, brokerage or any other fees charged by the carrier. The minimum delivery charge for shipping in the US is $20. If it is going to cost more we will contact you prior to shipping out your order.
All international orders are Final Sale and cannot be exchanged or returned for store credit.

*Offer applies to orders over $50 in Canada and does not apply outside of Canada. Orders shipping to Northwest Territories, Yukon, and Nunavut are a flat rate of $25.  
 
PROCESSING  
Please allow 2 – 3 business days for processing of online orders. Shipping time is dependent on the standard courier time-frame, we are not responsible for delays caused in-transit, see further details on the courier website. Please plan for extended processing & shipping time during holiday seasons.

CONDITIONS OF RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES 
Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days after the shipment has been delivered. If 14 days have passed since you received your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tags attached and must not be washed or worn. 
Due to hygienic and/or safety reasons, we do not accept returns for products that are intimate, such as underwear and hosiery.
Additional non-returnable items:
• Sale items that are discounted 50% or more
• Some health and personal care items
• Gift Cards 

Please note that all returns are subject to approval by Teodora’s Shop and that Teodora’s Shop reserves the right to refuse a return, in its sole discretion if these conditions are not met. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
• Sale items that are discounted less then 50% off
• Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
• Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN 
Contact us using the Contact Us page on our website within 14 days of the delivery date (provided by the order’s tracking number), with the following information: 
Full name + order number  What pieces are you returning? 
Why didn’t these pieces work out? 
*mandatory to authorize a return/refund/exchange 
 
Once we receive your contact form, we will respond with the next steps.  
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
If a refund has been processed, any funds due should appear on your bank statement within 7-10 business days. 

EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us using the Contact Us form on our website and we will be in touch with next steps.
